Haloxyfop-R-methyl is used post-emergence for control of a wide range of annual and perennial grass weeds.

Uses:

1. Haloxyfop-R-Methyl is used post-emergence for control of annul and perennial grass.
2. Crops: sugar beet, fodder beet, oilseed rape, potatoes, leaf vegetables, onions, flax, sunflowers, soya beans, vines, strawberries, and other crops.
3. Targets: annual and perennial grasses

Toxicity:

1. Acute oral LD50: for male rats 300mg/kg, female rats 623 mg/kg.
2. Acute percutaneous LD50: for rats >2000 mg/kg.

Mode of action:

1. Haloxyfop-R-Methyl is a selective Herbicide, absorbed by the foliage and roots,
2. and hydrolysed to Haloxyfop-R, which is translocated to meristematic tissues and inhibits their growth.
